Kontribusi Pemikiran Blasius Sudarsono dalam Karya Sivitas Akademika Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta

ABSTRACT Blasius Sudarsono, as one of the figures in the field of librarianship and documentation in Indonesia, has many interesting thoughts to study. The dissemination of Blasius Sudarsono's thoughts has of course also touched of academic society, Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University (UIN). Blasius Sudarsono often visits UIN Sunan Kalijaga to disseminate the results of his thoughts through various academic activities. The results of the dissemination of Blasius Sudarsono's thoughts are clearly visible in the accommodation of Blasius Sudarsono's thoughts in various works by the academic community of UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This research aims to explore the traces of Blasius Sudarsono's thoughts in the work of the academic community, to find out in more detail about the results of the dissemination of Blasius Sudarsono's thoughts at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This research uses qualitative research methods with a content analysis approach. Research data analysis was carried out by reviewing the work of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga academic community which correlated with the thoughts of Blasius Sudarsono. The results of this research show that during 2011-2023, there were 20 documents written by UIN Sunan Kalijaga academics who used the thoughts of Blasius Sudarsono both as supporting data and the main reference source. In fact, in 2022 there will be a thesis scientific work that will use Blasius Sudarsono as the object of research. The academic community at UIN Sunan Kalijaga often quotes Blasius Sudarsono's thoughts on librarianship in their writings rather than documentation science. However, ideas about documentation science are actually widely involved in various scientific activities of library science study programs such as guest lecturers, resource persons at international conferences and meetings of the Indonesian library science lecturer association at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This research can provide an in-depth overview of the study of figures' thoughts and their contributions to science.
