Zusammenfassung: | This work aimed to present a research that could support the formation of a structured and institutionalized work nucleus, called the Dissemination, Technology, Research and Innovation Nucleus (NDTPI), from which it was able to support the understanding of the academic community of the Federal Institute of Pará Campus Belém in the universe of technology transfer and entrepreneurship, promoting the potentialization of products and processes institutionally designed, their dissemination in a more effective way, even in this process, was able to interact as an integral part in the teaching-learning process. From the action research methodology, elements were sought to support the hypothesis, its action and support its implementation, the application of the methodology went through seven stages: awareness, diagnosis, identification, approximation, monitoring, forwarding and dissemination. The results showed that the methodology and its actions increased a considerable increase, both in production (enhancement) and in the referrals for registration of intellectual property, which consequently increased the diffusion, the teachers, students and technicians who participated in the process became potential multipliers. of a “culture” of innovation and entrepreneurship, the NDTPI was created and institutionalized in the institution's organizational chart, due to the relevance of the results presented. |
