Zusammenfassung:Reaction of aromatic a-bromoketones, sodium azide and aromatic or aliphatic terminal acetylenes in the presence of Cu/Cu(OTf) following the classical method (aqueous acetonitrile at room temperature) and under microwave irradiation (H O at 85 °C) leads to 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles as the final products after simple filtration.
