Zusammenfassung: | In the current research, we have synthesized Ni doped zinc oxide nanoparticles by solvothermal method at four different ratios (X = 2%, 4%, 6% and 8%). The samples were characterized for structural analysis by X-ray diffraction, morphological analysis by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope, elemental composition by Energy Dispersive Spectral Analysis, optical properties by UV Visible absorption studies, photoluminescence studies, Fourier Transform Infrared Analysis, Magnetic properties by Vibrating Sample Magnetometer of (x=2%). As a application of this work all the samples were subjected to test for the degradation of Rhodamine 6G dye under visible light and exhibited a better photocatalytic activity. |
