Bulgarian Tourism in the Conditions of COVID-19 and after It

The text describes the essence of tourism. Statistical studies on the development of tourism are considered, its digitization is considered. The number of tourists during and after COVID-19 was examined; Statistics are presented related to the number of tourists who visited Bulgaria for the period from January to December 2021; January to June 2022. Visits to Bulgaria as a tourist destination are considered in comparison to visits by tourists from other countries. The number of Bulgarian tourists visiting other countries is also taken into account.
