Zusammenfassung: | The study aimed at analysing the impact of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system effectiveness on achieving better organizational performance in the Hashemite foundation for human development by analysing the effectiveness dimensions of ERP system (Information quality, System quality, User satisfaction). In order to achieve the study goal the researchers has designed questionnaire to collect preliminary data, consisting of 25 paragraphs and distributed to the members of the study sample. The study sample contains the entire department that uses ERP in the Jordanian Hashemite fund for human development. The study found a significant relationship between effectiveness of ERP and their combined impact on organizational performance |
