Zusammenfassung:  We report two cases of omental pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy accounts for approximately 1%–2% of all pregnancies, but its incidence has increased with the increased use of assisted reproductive technology. Abdominal pregnancy is an extremely rare condition that accounts for approximately 1% of ectopic pregnancies. Preoperative diagnosis of abdominal pregnancy is challenging. Recently, many reports have indicated that magnetic resonance imaging is a useful diagnostic test for abdominal pregnancy. Laparoscopic surgery is the first-line therapy for ectopic pregnancy. We performed laparoscopic surgery in two cases of omental pregnancy without severe complications. These results suggest that laparoscopic surgery for abdominal pregnancy is safe and effective.
