Zusammenfassung:  We performed a laparoscopic tumorectomy on a uterine tumor in a 36-year old female preoperatively diagnosed as having fibroid. The postoperative pathological diagnosis was perivascular epithelioid cell tumor, a rare mesenchymal tumor with uncertain malignant potential. Afterward, she successfully became pregnant and had a term delivery by cesarean.
