Zusammenfassung: | The over-exploitation of water sources combined with rapidly expanding population and urbanization has resulted in increased demand for clean water. Thus, alternatives are only choice to address the issue. The wastewater treatment serves as an ideal alternative to resolve the problem. But the expensive methods are a hurdle to this approach, particularly dealing with inorganic and organic pollutants. The treatment of these pollutants in polluted water can be solved by using palladium catalyst and different support systems for enhanced catalytic activity. In this review, a brief overview of about different Pd catalytic approach in curbing different pollutants has been summarized. |
