Optimization of the choice of menopausal hormone therapy in patients with comorbid pathology

The article presents data on the effect of comorbid pathological conditions associated with the postmenopausal period on the quality of life of older age, the effects of menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) depending on the gestagenic component and the role of MHT in ensuring healthy aging and the prevention of age-associated diseases.
