Zusammenfassung: | A 69-year-old man complained of abdominal pain with inflammatory reaction. Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) with a left main trunk lesion was diagnosed and he successfully underwent Y-graft replacement of the abdominal aorta and coronary artery bypass grafting.
