Zusammenfassung:We investigated the effect of dibenzoylhydrazide nucleating agent (OMBH) which forms network structure on the crystallization behavior of PLA under the shear flow. Network structure of OMBH enhanced G' of PLA/OMBH which is one of nucleating agent for PLA. When applying the shear flow to PLA/OMBH at crystallization temperature, half crystallization time decreased, and crystallization rate rose. PLA/OMBH forms transcrystal when the shear rate was less than 1/τd . The structure of OMBH was destroyed under shear rate of more than 1/τd , leading to the formation of three dimensional spherulite nucleated from the collapsed short strand of OMBH.
