Hémorragie cérébrale du post-partum par accouchement césarienne : à propos d’un cas

La physiopathologie exacte de l’accident vasculaire cérébral (AVC) hémorragique du post-partum est encore mal élucidée. L’implication de l’accouchement par césarienne est encore controversée. Le but de cet article était d’attirer l’attention sur un risque accru d’AVC hémorragique du post-partum après un accouchement par césarienne chez une femme de 38 ans. En effet, l’hypertension artérielle méconnue et de la thrombose veineuse profonde favoriseraient le déclenchement prématuré du travail et l’AVC hémorragique du postpartum. La coexistence entre l’AVC hémorragique et l’accouchement par césarienne a été fortuite sans lien de causalité. Hemorrhagic stroke-complicated cesarean delivery is still a matter of controversy. The aim of the present report was to draw attention to an increased risk of stroke in the postpartum period in a 38-yearold woman who underwent a cesarean section. In fact, unknown hypertension and deep vein thrombosis may have triggerred premature onset of labor and postpartum cerebral hemorrhage. The coexistence of hemorrhagic stroke and cesarean delivery was probably fortuitous without any causality link.
