Zusammenfassung: | Sertoli cell tumors are malignancies that constitute only 1% of all testicular cancers and are frequently observed between the ages of 30 and 40 years. Most Sertoli cell tumors have a benign clinical course. The molecular mechanisms involved in the etiopathogenesis of these tumors are unclear. Herein, presented a 28-years-old male patient with a painless mass in the right testicle and had a diagnosis of Sertoli cell cancer and discussed in the light of the literature.
