Zusammenfassung:Inorganic / polymer composite particles are widely used and have attractive applications such as inks and paints, cosmetic, drug delivery system etc. In this study, electrospray method was firstly used to prepare monodispersed SiO2 / Poly-methyl methacrylate (PMMA) composite particles. SiO2 particles and PMMA were used as model material. A field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to characterize the particles. The SEM analysis revealed that the produced SiO2 / PMMA composite particles were non-agglomerated and monodispersed. It was found that the flow rate and concentration ratio of SiO2 particles to PMMA polymer, as well as the SiO2 particle size led to change morphology of the composite particles.
