Glomalin production and accumulation in soilless pot cultures

This study was designed to determine how glomalin production relates to accumulation in three sequential greenhouse culturing periods using a soilless potting medium. The data indicated that this stable glycoprotein was washed out the pot bottom, and did not accumulate in the hyphal chamber.
