Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:Propyzamide (3,5-dichloro(N-1,1-dimethyl-2-propynyl)benzamide) applied at 0.5–1.0 kg/ha controlled foxtail barley (Hordeum jubatum L.) in an establihsed stand of Russian wild ryegrass (Elymus junceus Fisch.). Fall applications were superior to spring applications. Russian wild ryegrass tolerated the highest rate of application which was 1.0 kg/ha. The longevity of foxtail barley control was at least 3 yr, when the competitive forage crop, Russian wild ryegrass, was growing in association with the weed.Key words: Propyzamide, Russian wild ryegrass, foxtail barley
