Zusammenfassung: | Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) represents one of the most common causes of cancer related deaths worldwide. Bone metastases from HCC are infrequent, with a reported incidence ranging from 3 to 20% with extremely poor prognosis. HCC with bone metastases is very aggressive with a low incidence rate of detection. Here we report a HCV related chronic liver disease with s/p EVL, presenting with a history of pain over his heel which on further evaluation diagnosed to be a calceneum metastasis from a primary hepatocellular carcinoma. |
