This work summarizes the current synthetic pathways adopted for the synthesis of diverse analogs of 1,2,3-triazole. It also introduces an overview of the latest advances in 1,2,3-triazole hybrid models with various pharmacological activities, their chemical structures, structure–activity relationships, and mechanisms of action. |
