Zusammenfassung:We describe the successful long-term visual outcome of the modified tuck-in endoimplant in a 56-year-old female patient who presented with defective vision in the left eye for 1 year and was diagnosed with a rare variant of corneal dystrophy with endothelial decompensation. The artificial endothelial layer implantation, optimized with tuck-in haptics, is a novel technology in evolution, showing promising results in patients with corneal endothelial dysfunction.
