Zusammenfassung:The rate of H. pylori infection in regular dialysis patients has not been sufficiently clarified. It has been suggested that H. pylori is involved in the genesis of gastric cancer as well as gastritis. We examined the differences in the detection rate of H. pylori infection between the widely-used antibody method and the biopsymethod. The subjects were 81 dialysis patients and 34 non-dialysis patients as control. The positivity rate of the infection was examined the antibody method and biopsy.
