This paper examines the emergence of such an exception, the genesis of these acronyms and the role they play in the political semantic field. Being homonyms acronyms of preexisting, these acronyms are fraught with glorious historical references and socio-cultural connotations. This paper is an attempt to explore the political and discursive instrumentality of acronyms. |
