Zusammenfassung:An 84-year-old woman visited the hospital due to anal bleeding. Colonoscopy was performed twice but showed no bleeding source. SMA arteriography showed vascular tuft and extravasation of the ascending colon, and angiodysplasia of the ascending colon was diagnosed. Ileocecal resection was performed. Ileocolic arteriography of the resected specimen was useful for detecting the location of angiodysplasia.
