The anaesthesic impact of an orthodontic appliance over a patient with a known ENT pathology requiring a minor surgery

We have a patient with an orthodontic appliance wich makes unachievable the first intubation maneuver wich was necessary because of the known ORL pathology, a „laryngeal web“. It was necessary to modify the anaesthesic plan by using fiberoptic laryngoscopy.
