Zusammenfassung:Congenital heart defects with ductus-dependent circulation have a complex cardiovascular physiology. After birth, the condition of these children is critical, they are asymptomatic and their pulmonary vascular resistance decreases leading to progressive hemodynamic deterioration. Early identification of these defects and the start of appropriate therapy allow to maintain the cardiovascular balance.
