Zusammenfassung:The main advantage of gamma (-irradiation) fields is in the ease with which chronic treatments can be made at any desired exposure-rate. This prompted to see whether any part of genetic effect of radiation could be changed if plants raised without application of fertilizers were chronically irradiated. Experimental results showed that the effect of a lack of fertilizer was not significantly noticed.
