Zusammenfassung:Abstract Objective To assess the effect of goal diversified nursing intervention on the perinatal period of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods In this prospective study, 96 patients with GDM treated from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=48) and control group (n=48). The patients in control group were given routine nursing, based on which those in observation group received goal-oriented diversified nursing intervention. The incidence rates of perioperative complications and adverse neonatal outcomes, and blood glucose indicators, the Chinese Version of the Diabetes Management Self-efficacy Scale (C-DMSES) score and the Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale (DSQL) score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.
