Zusammenfassung: | In this study, we evaluated the nematicidal activity of boiled extracts of Bidens pilosa L. var. radiata Scherff. on plant-parasitic nematodes and the effects of different growth environments, developmental stages and storage conditions of B. pilosa on the activity. Boiled extracts of B. pilosa had high immobilization activities against Meloidogyne arenaria (Neal) Chitwood, M. incognita (Kofoid and White) Chitwood, M. javanica (Treub) Chitwood, Pratylenchus coffeae (Zimmermann) Filipjev and Schuurmans Stekhoven and Heterodera glycines Ichinohe. In addition, high immobilization activity was observed in plants collected at different seasons, locations, growth stage and growing on several soil types. Dried plant material and extracts could be stored for 12-18 months without significant loss of nematicidal activity. |
