Zusammenfassung:Usability and quality information has an important role in a website. To measure the use and quality of the information this research carries out on the pedulisehat website. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) uses chatbot. The variables used in this study are information quality and chatbot usage services. The results showed good results on the pedulisehat.id chatbot website, from the data collected produced two variable quality information with a yield of 77.8% and usability with a result of 63.1%. There is still a need to improve the quality of information and the use of the pedulisehat.id website.
