Zusammenfassung: | Use of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) in strawberry in vitro multiplication The refinement of plant tissue culture techniques is of great importance for optimizing in vitro multiplication rates and improving the quality of micropropagated changes, either light-emitting diodes (LEDs) or the latest models of light-emitting light sources light..The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of light type on in vitro multiplication of Tudla strawberry cultivar. Strawberry sprouts were grown for 30 days in MS culture medium plus 100 mg L-1 of myo-inositol, 7 g L-1 agar, 1.0 mg L-1 BAP and 30 g L-1 sucrose. The pH of the culture medium was adjusted to 5.8 prior to the addition of agar. The controls used were composed of three light types [(green LEDs - EDET 3LA1 530 nm, red LEDs - EDER 3LA3 630 nm and fluorescent lamps (control treatment)]. Note that the average number of sprouts formed by red LEDs (11 The buds /explant) was higher than ears under fluorescent lamps (7.8 buds /explant), the lowest average was observed under fluorescent lamps, but there was no difference between explants grown in green LEDs and red LEDs in vitro shoot of strawberry cultivar Tudla. |
