Zusammenfassung:Fe-Si/permalloy and Fe-Ni/permalloy multilayered films were prepared by a conventional RF sputtering. It was clarified that permalloy inter-layer is very effective to obtain a high initial permeability and a high (110)/(211) x-ray diffraction intensity ratio. While, within a certain content range, there are no correlations between the initial permeability and the grain size. This result indicates that the polycrystalline orientation plays an important role to get a high initial permeability value in this content range.
