OXYGEN COORDINATION OF MODIFIER CATIONS IN METAPHOSPHATE GLASSES PROBED BY HIGH-ENERGY X-RAY DIFFRACTION
Results of X-ray diffraction measurements of metaphosphate glasses with modifier atoms Me = Zn, Mg, Sr, Cd, Pb, Li are presented where the contrast with neutron diffraction data and the high real-space resolution from using photons of more than 100 keV are exploited.
