Zusammenfassung: | In this research, study some of the optical properties of prepared (Cu2ZnSnS4) thin films by spin coating method. The effect of annealing temperatures (500,550,600,650)°C for one hours in air on those properties has been indicated. The optical properties were studied by the measurements of the absorbance, we found that the absorption coefficient decreases with the increasing of annealing temperature, Direct band gap values of (1.8 to 2.3eV) for different annealing temperature (500,550,600,650)°C. |
