KANONİK KORELASYON ANALİZİ İLE KONTROL ODAĞI VE İŞE YÖNELİK UMUT ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Çalışmada; kontrol odakları (dışsal-içsel) ile işe yönelik umutları ve bunun boyutları arasındaki ilişki üniversite öğrencileri bağlamında incelenmiştir. Ayrıca kontrol odağı değişkeninin cinsiyet ve çalışma durumu gibi demografik değişkenlere göre farklılıkları ele alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda kontrol odağı ile işe yönelik umut arasında ilişki olduğu ve işe yönelik umut değişkeni ve boyutlarının kontrol odaklarına göre farklılaştığı bulunmuştur. Yine kontrol odağının demografik değişkenlerden, cinsiyet ve çalışma durumuna göre farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. In the study, the relationship between the locus of control (external-internal) and work hopes and its dimensions has been examined in the context of of university students. In addition, the differences in the demographic variables such as gender and working status of the locus of control variables were examined. As a result of the research, it has been found that there is a relationship between the locus of control and work hope and the work hope variables and its dimensions were found to differ according to the locus of control. Again, it has been determined that the locus of control varies according to demographic variables, gender and working status.
