It is evident from previous studies that healthy life style choices can help in the reduction of CAD risk factors. They are either modifiable risk factors including hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, smoking, diabetes mellitus, obesity, and psychological stress or non-modifiable risk factors such as age, gender, family history and ethnicity.
