Zusammenfassung:The influence which the spacing of the passage of the corrugated wall duct exerted on the flow characteristic and the heat transfer characteristic was analyzed. First of all, the corrugation passage was made and the flow visualization was done. Next, a numeric simulation was attempted. Some factors that influenced the characteristic of flow in the corrugated wall channel could be clarified according to these results. Especially, a main factor, which ruled the flow characteristic of the channel, was able to confirm the passage spacing. Therefore, the influence that the width of the passage exerted on the heat transfer characteristic was confirmed by the experiment. The correlation of the flow characteristic and the information heat transfer characteristic was considered by using this result.
