Zusammenfassung: | Density fluctuation caused by velocity fluctuation around a plane mirror scanner is one of the most important factors to determine the accuracy of laser pointing system. Flow field produced by a rotating plane mirror is very complicated and three dimensional, and the maximum amplitude of density fluctuation in the flow field caused by velocity fluctuation cannot be disregarded to consider laser beam deflection. In this report, to known fundamental flow field around the plane mirror scanner, visualization and velocity measurements of flow produced by a rotating plate are performed by means of laser-light-sheet method and a hot-wire anemometry. |
