METHOD FOR CREATION OF URBANRURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM IN HILLY RURAL AREAS : Case study of heuristic method of exchange creation(Rural Planning)

The purpose of this thesis is to propose "heuristic method of exchange creation" to create the interaction between urban and rural area. And, effectiveness and the problem of "heuristic method of exchange creation" are verified by observing hearing and the event. As a result of following points; 1) Some local events were able to be discovered by getting acquainted with the resident in the region. 2) The event with the possibility of developing with interaction urban and rural area, was able to be discovered by experimental participation. 3) The city resident participated in some local events in the chain.
