Zusammenfassung:The aim of this study is to investigate the seismic behavior of improved unbonded post-tensioned precast concrete beam-column connections with and without shear bracket. Three specimens of precast unbonded post-tensioned exterior beam-column connection were designed and tested. The test results of the specimen without shear bracket showed excessive beam slip and large residual deformation. The specimens with shear bracket expressed very satisfied performance with small residual deformation, almost no slip, fully developed strength, minor damage to the beam and column elements, and easy to disassemble. It is concluded that satisfied seismic performance can be expected from well-designed connection with shear bracket.
