Historical and economic development of industry finance

The development of political economy in the Russian Empire not only reflected all the inconsistency of the process of its formation, evolution and theoretical and methodological restructuring in the West, but also differed significantly from it. The latter was due to the difference in the conditions in which this process took place, the range of specific problems with the solution of which it was associated with the general level of development of scientific economic ideas and the like. N. Bunge says that political economy as a science could be formed in Europe only on the basis of the development of market relations, the growth of personal independence, civil freedom and private property. In Russia there were still no conditions even for sufficient mastery of these achievements of Western economic thought.
