Development of the Islamic System of Protection of Traditional Human Rights Based on the Principle of Legal Inclusion

The article covers the issues of the development of the Islamic system for the protection of human rights and the mechanisms that mediate it. The article was prepared on the basis of an analysis of regional regulatory legal acts and using systemic-structural, formal-legal and historical methods. The study is based on the principles of legal inclusion in the system of human rights protection, according to which regional human rights systems should be positively perceived by the world community, regardless of the specifics of the dominant legal system. The role of regional human rights systems in the universal provision of human rights is shown, the genesis of the Islamic mechanism for the protection of human rights is traced.
