Zusammenfassung: | Two groups of litter mate dogs were injected with iron containing the Fe59 isotope at levels ranging from 0.74 to 3.3 mC (70 to 435 μ C/kg) during active growth. The animals were followed for periods of four and half to six years, respectively, complete blood examinations being conducted at monthly intervals. They developed normally and showed no clinical or hematologic changes up to the time of sacrifice. |
