Zusammenfassung: | A 44-year-old man developed within a few years a recurring squamous cell ca reinoma in both orbits. Despite surgery and radiotherapy it was necessary in the end to exenterate the left orbit and later on the right orbit as well. The patient is in a perfect state of health for more than five years now. It appears that excision of squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid not only must have a wide margin but in particular, must be very deep. |
