Zusammenfassung:Residual masses are a common finding after chemotherapy for metastases from nonseminomatous germ cell tumours of the testes. The prognosis of these patients with resected teratoma following successful cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy generally has been assumed to be good. Herein we reported an unusual teratoma case named 'growing teratoma syndrome' by Logothetis et al. This patient was treated with multiple operations.
