Otosalpingitis and Mastoid Pneumatization

In a consecutive series of 87 ears (in 68 patients) presenting signs of uncomplicated otosalpingitis it is demonstrated that this etiologically unclarified pathologic phenomenon shows a predilection for ears with relatively small air-cell systems.
