Zusammenfassung:The precision of finishing is considered for the elastoplastic deformation of a blank with an initial conical hole by a preliminarily lubricated rigid punch. The appearance of pressure in the lubricant layer with complex geometry of the part is analyzed. The stress-strain state of the tool and the part in the course of finishing are considered by the finite-element method. Means of improving the geometric precision of the hole are identified by assessing the change in shape and size of the conical surface in terms of the residual strain of the blank.
