Improved use of metal-plating conditioner in combined machining

Combined reduction of nonferrous-alloy blanks by a tool with regular microrelief is considered. In this method, a metal-plating conditioner is used to ensure Garkunov-Kragel’skii wear-free conditions. Improvement in the tool design and treatment conditions is discussed.
