Influence of the magnetic force in gas-magnetic bearings on the operation of high-speed spindles in metalworking equipment
The influence of the magnetic force on the carrying capacity and rigidity of a spindle unit with a gas-magnetic bearing is considered. The operation of the spindle with a gas-magnetic and gas-static front bearing is compared.
