Zusammenfassung:This paper presents a search algorithm for the residual basis of field programmable gate arrays (FPGA), which improves the fault-tolerance of this class of chips. This algorithm is derived from analysis of the failure of the function table of basic structures and requires minor improvements of the existing FPGA architectures. The paper presents estimates of two schemes and a Markov model that allows the effectiveness of an algorithm to be determined.
