Zusammenfassung: | This article is devoted to forecasting the consumption of spare parts of machines by the content of wear particles precipitated in motor oils. The problem is solved by the examples of gears, roller and ball bearings, and spline joints of an additional final drive gear of a cotton tractor. The calculations of the consumption of spare parts were made by the highest wear of machine elements during one oil-change interval, by the wear limit of machine elements for vehicle utilization, by the output of a tractor per year, and by the oil-change interval. |
